My approach
Welcome! I’m truly glad you’re here. As a therapist trained I specialize in helping couples and individuals reconnect with their authentic selves by accessing and processing the deep emotions that shape your experience. Together, we’ll create a safe, attuned space where you can explore your inner world, uncover the impact of trauma, and gently transform old patterns through healing connection and emotional growth..
I focus on building strong relationships with my clients through a collaborative process grounded in the principles of neuroplasticity, attachment theory, and trauma-informed care. With formal training in EMDR, AEDP, parts work, and mindfulness-based therapies, I provide a comprehensive toolkit to help you gain a deeper understanding of your emotions, cultivate self-compassion, and heal from old, unhelpful patterns.
In our sessions, you’ll find a nurturing space grounded in genuine connection, empathy, and support—where laughter and vulnerability can coexist. Together, we will gently explore both past and present experiences, uncovering healing insights that foster deep understanding and soothe feelings of aloneness. Let’s collaborate to transform your life and relationships, opening the door to renewed growth and connection.

Outside of the Therapy Room
I enjoy cozy evenings spent with a good book, relaxing bonfire gatherings with friends, and spending quality time with my family on outdoor adventures. Whether I’m skiing or mountain biking through beautiful landscapes, I appreciate the tranquility of nature. A fun fact about me is that I have no sense of smell, which definitely impacts my cooking skills! It keeps things interesting in the kitchen. I look forward to sharing meaningful experiences with you!
